When Disney River Country non-stop in 1976, visitors flocked to Orange County, Florida, to float a circuitous slides and span a wooden bridges. The park sealed down 25 years later. After withdrawal a park dull and deserted for 15 years, Disney finally emptied and filled River Country’s 330,000-gallon pool in 2016.
