New York City’s Four Seasons restaurant, famous for a energy lunch and successful clientele, strictly sealed a doors final July. In early May, a new grill called The Grill non-stop in a space in a Seagram Building that was once home to a Four Seasons.

The 3 group behind a reopening — Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick — together form Major Food Group, that also operates a restaurants Carbone, ZZ’s Clam Bar, Parm, Sadelle’s, and Santina.

They introduced a new lunch menu during The Grill final week, and it’s certain to pull a satisfactory share of famous diners.
