President Trump is looking to get absolved of his lush St. Martin estate. The home, that he purchased in 2013, is called Le Château des Palmiers. The cost was recently lowered from a whopping $28 million to $16.9 million. It is no longer a many costly inventory on a island. The cost is also now on standard with other estates nearby. It’s a walled estate opposite scarcely 5 acres, with both a categorical residence and a guest house. In total, a devalue has 11 bedrooms.

Records uncover that it was listed for only underneath $20 million when Trump purchased it. According to disclosure filings obtained by a Wall Street Journal, Trump owns a skill by dual bombard companies called Excel Venture we LLC and Excel Venture Corp II.
